Random YouTube Comment Picker
Comment loading is not configured. Paste the public comments you want in the draw. Nothing is fetched.
The likes and owner filters apply to comments loaded from a video; pasted comments have no like counts or authors to check.
Paste a public YouTube video URL and the picker loads its public comments directly in your browser (via the YouTube Data API), applies your filters, and draws a winner with a slot-machine reveal, with up to 10 winners plus 10 reserves in one draw. If comment loading is unavailable for any reason, paste the comments in manually instead: the picker runs the same draw from pasted comments and never pretends to have fetched comments it did not load.
Prepare the comment draw
Publish your giveaway rules before the entry period begins. State whether a person can enter more than once, whether replies count, whether a required keyword is needed, and when entries close. Use only a method and data source that you are authorized to access. If the tool cannot load comments directly, do not imply that it has reviewed them.
Filters and eligibility
Built-in filters cover duplicate entries (one entry per commenter), a required keyword, a minimum like count, and excluding the channel owner's own comments. Check the result set after applying filters and make sure the rules match the terms you published. Never introduce a new filter simply because the initial result is inconvenient.
Draw, winner, and reserves
Keep a record of the video, draw date, rules, filters, and result. If the tool offers reserve winners, explain in advance when a reserve is used. Contact winners through the method described in your rules and avoid exposing personal information in a public announcement.
Rules and fairness
You are responsible for following YouTube's current contest policies, applicable law, and any platform-specific requirements. Do not promise that a random picker makes a promotion compliant. Avoid asking participants to engage in prohibited or misleading behavior, and check current official guidance before launch.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign in with YouTube?
No. The picker reads public comments through a public-data call made by your own browser; there is no account to connect and nothing to sign into. Never enter YouTube credentials into any picker, here or anywhere else.
How many comments can it load?
One draw selects up to 10 winners plus 10 reserves from the comments the picker loaded. The picker shows how many comments were loaded before you draw; for very large videos, treat the loaded count shown on screen as the draw's entry pool and say so in your rules.
Can I require a keyword to enter?
Yes, the keyword filter is built in. State the keyword rule in your giveaway terms before entries open, then check the loaded entry count after applying it.
What if the video has comments turned off?
If comments are disabled or unavailable, the tool cannot select from comments it cannot access. Choose another entry method that fits your published rules rather than implying that a draw took place.
